Bhopal Bureau. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Tuesday unveiled a sweeping package for the state’s youth at the ‘CM Youth Conclave-2026’ at Bhopal’s Lal Parade Ground, announcing free coaching for competitive examinations in every district, the MPPSC examination twice a year, and declaring 2027 as the ‘Youth Year’.
Addressing more than 20,000 students drawn from colleges across the state’s districts, the Chief Minister said the MPPSC examination will now be conducted twice a year starting next year, a move aimed at opening wider doors to government jobs for lakhs of aspirants preparing for competitive examinations.

MPPSC to be held twice a year
According to NDTV Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh, the Chief Minister told the gathering that the decision would unlock significant opportunities for the lakhs of young people preparing for competitive examinations. Aspirants have long demanded regularity in the examination calendar, and the announcement now gives them two chances every year instead of one.
Free coaching in every district
The Chief Minister announced that free coaching facilities will be set up in every district of the state. The objective is to ensure that meritorious students from economically weaker families can prepare for competitive examinations without worrying about fees, reducing their dependence on expensive coaching institutes in big cities. The scheme is expected to benefit students in remote and tribal-dominated districts the most.
2027 as ‘Youth Year’, focus on women in 2028
The Chief Minister said 2027 will be observed as ‘Youth Year’, with special emphasis on skill development, employment and entrepreneurship for young people. According to NaiDunia, the government is drawing up plans centred on youth in 2027 and on women in 2028.
During the conclave, the Chief Minister also held a direct dialogue with young people on employment, talent, skill, education and innovation.
